Today is the last day of the German American Volksfest or Festival in Hohenfels. It started last Wednesday, April 29, 2009 until today May 03, 2009. I believed it was a great festival and celebration to show the friendship and camaraderie between the German and American people here in Germany especially in Hohenfels. There also a lot of US Bases here in Germany that celebrate it every year. To name a few are Grafenwhoer, Ramstein, Kaiserslautern and a lot more. I believed this year's festival in Hohenfels is another success again after being visited by neighboring places and cities of Hohenfels. I am sharing some pictures taken during the festival.
