Bundestagswahl in Germany is Over

The people in Theresienwiese in Munich are still celebrating the Oktoberfest until October 4 but the greatest celebration are the winning political parties of the Bundestagswahl or the so-called Federal Election in Germany. It is over now and the parties who won the Mehrheit or the majority are the CDU/CSU/FDP parties. It means that the Black, Yellow and Blue parties will govern Germany! The incumbent Bundeskanzlerin or Chancellor Angela Merkel will continue to head Germany for another 4 years. Congratulations! Since these parties promise to lower the so-called Mehrwertsteuer or Value Added Tax, I will see what will happen to this promise and other promises that they made before the election. Can they also probably provide the people with cheap life insurance rates? Life in Germany is full of insurances and taxes. We are taking a very concrete example of our lives here. We are paying for health insurances, liability, accident, life, house, car, lawyer’s insurances, etcetera. I know that getting these insurances are very important especially in times of emergency but is there a company who can give the cheapest one. I guess, the government can help to decide about it especially the high cost of health insurance that we are paying every month. I also would to let you know that health insurance in Germany is a Pflicht. It simply means a must to have it. I also hope that the winning parties will do their duties and responsibilities especially for the good of the common people. I did voted for today. I guess it was a great decision to exercise the freedom of suffrage. Oktoberfest updates comes soon! Let’s party!
