German-American Volksfest 2010 in Hohenfels, Bavaria

As I am on my way to an Auto Repair Shop in Velburg today, I saw a billboard telling an information about the date of German-American Volksfest in Hohenfels, Germany. This year’s festival will begin on April 28 to May 2, 2010. This year celebrates the 40 years of German and American friendship. If you want to have fun, enjoy the carnival rides, enjoy different foods, live music or simply sip a beer in the beer tent, you are very welcome to go inside. Gate 1 in the U.S. Army Garrison Hohenfels is open for those who wish to participate and celebrate this festival. I always visit this festival for almost 7 years now and it was truly fun. Here are the pictures I took from last year’s celebration.
