Schweinebraten mit Knoedel, A German Cuisine

How about knowing some German dishes this time. I have been sharing about my travel here. This time is different. I believed that without food when traveling, it can never be a more exciting experience. Schweinebraten mit Knoedel, A German Cuisine is one of the food that I love in Germany. I usually prepare this favorite German food of mine once or twice in a month. Some might have other ways of preparing it and some might use different ingredients to flavor. Some might use different parts of the pork meat from Schweinebauch (pork belly which is the one that I always use), Schweineschulter (pork shoulder) or some might use pork butt to prepare it. I love the pork belly because of the crunchy skin of the pork. Here is the picture I took of the last one I made the other weekend. I am already use to eat it with Knoedel or potato dumplings instead of rice.

(pot-roasted pork, also called Schweinebraten). Sliced pork roast with a crunchy crust.

I wish to share the recipe or the simpliest way of preparing this menu. I am quite sleepy now! Goodnight folks!
