German Schweinebraten with Knoedel


I usually prepare German Schweineraten twice or thrice a month. It is a roasted pork meat in oven and I serve it with Knoedel or potato dumplings and vegetable salad. This is one of my favorite German delicacies. That is probably the reason why I already gained too much kilos since I live in Germany. Just kidding folks! I guess taking fat burners like apidexin might help me get rid of the fat I absorbed after eating this food. Hubby love this food also. I am even thinking of preparing one next weekend. Here are the images of my vegetable salad and the Schweinebraten with potato dumplings.
