Travel Souvenirs From Germany

Happy New Year everyone! The year 2011 is inevitable! It is coming very soon. I am happy that my friend’s brother arrived safely in Bavaria, Germany. He is currently spending a one month vacation here. We talked a bit yesterday and I told him to taste some German delicacies and try to buy travel souvenirs like the famous Beer Glasses. I have some collections of these and I love it.

Everytime I travel in any towns and cities in Germany, I always see to it that I have some travel souvenirs with me. Some of it include postcards, fridge magnets, shot glasses, beer glasses , travel guides and any souvenirs that I like.

Germany is famous for its beer. Alone in the Oktoberfest in Munich, millions of liters of beer are consumed every year. That is also the reason why Germany is famous for its so-called Beer Stein. Don’t forget to buy and take home some travel souvenirs with you if you visit Germany. If you happen to forget it, I found a site named 1001 Beer Steins.com for you to get one. They have a lot of beer glasses to choose from. I remember hubby bought a very beautiful Beer Stein as a present for his brother-in-law’s 50th birthday. It was quite a unique gift.
