No Free in Germany

I guess it is not only in Germany but also other countries in Europe. During our trip to Brussels last August, I thought I will be given a free plastic bag because I bought a pair of shoes in Kickers, Brussels. Imagine an almost hundred Euros shoes and you will still buy a plastic bag for it. It is the same in Germany. Some discounts shops like Netto, Aldi, Penny, Norma and a lot more are not giving away free plastic shopping bags. You have to buy for it. Unlike in the Philippines or United States where you always get free plastic or paper shopping bags whenever you buy something especially in the department stores.

But now, I understand why most of the shops in Germany are doing it. It is like helping to lessen pollution and helping the environment also. I guess, I don’t have much time to read about apidexin scam tonight. Before I sign-off, I am happy to share that I do always take with me my shopping bags whenever I go grocery shopping. Sometimes, there might be no free in Germany like shopping bags but in one way or another, we are also helping in saving our environment by less consumption of plastics. Lastly, we also save money when bringing those bags. I am already used to most of German culture being a citizen of this country now. More about Germany next time!
