I received a call from a friend this late afternoon. Just like me, she is also jobless but there are differences between the two of us. She is still listed in the Unemployment Office and I am not. The Arbeitsamt or Unemployment Office told her that they will send her again for schooling and that is for free. I forgot to ask if she will take one of those online degrees or courses in the internet but she mentioned that her schooling will only take seven weeks. I told her that lucky for you because during my time when I was still listed in the Unemployment Office, I asked them if they have any training or course for me so that I can enhance my qualifications for the job market in Germany. In short, I felt like I was not being helped and I went out from their system. I am actually thinking of making an Ausbildung (work training) or go back to school again. I guess I am still not too old for this besides learning knows no age. Right folks? My life in Germany is quite good despite being jobless. Thanks to blogging anyway. It always makes me busy.
