Planning for your holidays can sometimes difficult and stressing. You have to consider a lot of things from financial aspects to time, sort of transportation to take, place to visit and also for a place to stay. Whether you are planning to stay in hotels, holiday cottages, apartments, holiday villas, you need to plan ahead your accommodation to save both time and money. Sometimes you can find a cheap holiday if you plan it ahead of time.

Last week, I was so busy planning for our spring trip this coming April. At this time of the year, the weather is already good and friendly. Some of the places that I wish to visit are Malta, Greece, Crotia and Cyprus. I was also browsing online for the cheapest trips I can find for these countries. There are cheap Cyprus villas where I stumbled when I was surfing online last week. There are villas ranging from 140 Euros and I was quite amazed by its cheap price.

I believed all of the places I mentioned above are worthy to visit because of its richness in history, culture and tradition, sights and others factors like having beautiful beaches. Here are quick insights from these countries;

Malta

It is a member of the European Union countries and is located in Southern Europe. It is considered to be one of the smallest countries in the world which is densely populated. Some of its sights include Ghar Dalam Cave and Museum in Birzebbugia, Mnajdra and Hagar Qim Temples in Qrendi, Tarxien Temples in Tarxien, Hal Saflieni Hypogeum in Paola and so many more.

Greece

This country has been a member of the European Union since 1981. It is located in southern Europe on the southern end of Balkan Peninsula. When I think of Greece, I can always remember one of its famous sights, the Pathenon in Acropolis, Athens.

Croatia

It is a candidate for European Union membership. Hubby told me that this country is one of the most beautiful country he had visited. Croatia has a lot of sights and architectures that belong to the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Some of it are the Cathedral of St. James in Šibenik, Plitvice Lakes National Park, Old City of Dubrovnik, The Stari Grad Plain – island of Hvar and some other more.

Cyprus

This country is a Eurasian island country in the Eastern Mediterranean. Archaeological remains from this period include the well-preserved Neolithic village of Choirokoitia (also known as Khirokitia), which has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, along with the Tombs of the Kings. Cyprus is home to some of the oldest water wells in the world.

I need to finalize for our trip before it is too late. For any of your Europen destinations, there are villas, apartments and holiday rentals to stay-in. The best thing to search is through the net.

This a funny story. Two weeks ago, I read in the newspaper about a trip to Berlin, Germany. I have not been to Berlin yet. Berlin is one of the target cities I am planning to go to. Anyway, in the advertisement that I read, it says; "3 days 2 nights including hotel with breakfast buffet for only 29.00 Euros". Imagine for only 29.00 Euros for that trip! I can't let it go! After the time I read it I immediately called the number in the newspaper. I have not started to talk yet and only mentioned about "trip to Berlin". The lady who answered told me immediately like this, "Sorry Ma'am, that is a printing error. The correct cost of the trip is 129.00 Euros".

At least I asked and knew about it. It was an experience. I am still planning to have a trip to Berlin anytime this summer. I guess it is a better time to enjoy more the trip rather than in winter time. I'll see you later guys, I need to take a look about New York City hotel.
