The Castle in Burglengenfeld, Bavaria, Germany

I can't exactly remember how many times did I already visited this town. I believed more than fifty times and that is also the reason why I always see Burglengenfeld Castle everytime I go there. If I drive to its town center, you can see the castle perched high on a hilltop overlooking the small town of Burglengenfeld. This town is located in the district of Schwandorf in Bavaria, Germany. It is situated on the river Naab, 22 km north of Regensburg.

Burglengenfeld Castle was constructed during the 18th century by a noble family. Hubby said that today it is used as a home for special needs children.

This is a photograph that I took last spring 2009. You see the blooming cherries in the image here.

Bulmare in Burglengenfeld

Is the very hot summer season in Germany over now? I have no idea either. Today we did had a rainy, sunny day. It means, it rained and comes sunshine again and vice versa. The good thing is, it is not very hot anymore and the flowers in our garden are happy to have some rain water. back to my main topic. A friend called me last Friday asking wear is the swimming pool in Burglengenfeld. I just googled the name Bulmare in Burglengenfeld and I did had the address immediately. It is located in Naabtalpark in this town. It is a very nice swimming pool both indoor and outdoor. I believed they are buying their swimming pool supplies in bulk especially during this summer season. The last time I visited this pool was sometime in 2008. Last year, we went to another swimming pool to cool down the hot summer. I cannot share an image this time from that pool because I don't want to show any image of me wearing a swimsuit.lol! have a great evening!

St. Vitus Church in Burglengenfeld

This is St. Vitus Church in Burglengenfeld. It is a town in the district of Schwandorf, in Bavaria, Germany. It is situated on the river Naab, 22 km north of Regensburg. I want to give some information about this church but it seems that I can't find one as I search it online. I guess it is easy to find infos about adult acne than finding information about this church. If I am not mistaken, I already shared some posts about this church in this site of mine before. I would agree this church is full of history. It also has beautiful frescos inside. I wish to share more infos about it next time.

The Monument in Burglengenfeld, Bavaria

I guess every monument has its own name. Sad to say, I can't find a name written in this monument in Burglengenfeld. Probably I haven't take a look at it closely. I hope to take a look at it in our next visit to this town. I took this picture during our visit last year.

Travel and Explore Burglengenfeld Castle in Bavaria, Germany

It's travel time again. Actually, I am just sharing this picture which I took in Burglengenfeld, a town in the district of Schwandorf in Bavaria, Germany. This is the Castle in Burglengelfeld. I took this photo during my husband's appointment in this town. I stayed right in front of the clinic and I already saw this view. Isn't it beautiful? The added attraction is the tree that is full of flowers. I just have no idea what tree is this but I have a lot of ideas how it is to spend some
Orlando vacations in the United States. How I wish! have a great day to all!

Swimming in Burglengenfeld

I was just browsing this photo and decided to post it here. This was taken as I went swimming with friends last July 2007 in Burglengenfeld. It is a town which is around 20 kilometers from where we presently live. Summer is almost coming. It is very nice to go swimming when the weather is very hot. I love swimming to. I am not a good swimmer but I can swim. For those who are learning to swim , better use pool floats for your safety. I can't wait to go swimming again this coming summer! Good night guys! hope to see you tomorrow!

This town is located in the district of Schwandorf, in Bavaria, Germany. It is situated on the river Naab, 22 km north of Regensburg.
